The moment you get it, you will be amused to discover that you don't want it.

I wasn't expecting a particular someone to be interested in me. When they were, it was flattering, but I was still indifferent. I wasn't looking for it. That someone pursued fast and furiously. It was intense. I relented. Now that this person hasn't called, I find myself obsessively checking my cellphone.
