The Acquisition

I'm this close to dumping my good old Palm IIIxe handheld. I've had it for almost 4 years, and it hasn't been dependable as of late. I get "Fatal Exception" errors at least once a month. I use my handheld a lot, so needless to say, I am completely lost without it.

My contact at Toshiba Canada just told me that he'd be able to get me a brand new Toshiba e750 Pocket PC for only $250 CDN. It is not their latest model, but it has received some good reviews. Unfortunately, this offer has a time limit on it.

So the question is: should I take the deal or wait until my Palm fries itself completely?
