The Myth of the Lesbian Friend

To add to my already distressed mood, I have discovered a strange conflict of interest.

It seems that once I started dating FoxyLady seriously, my so-called lesbian friends have either stopped talking to me, or backed off quite a bit.

I don't understand. I never pretended to be interested in them. I was always clear in my intent of friendship. Lately it seems like everyone either wants to date me or leave me.
