The Summerlicious Gorge-Fest, Part 3

Four words for the meal at Le Select Bistro: BEST RED WINE EVER!

So good we had two bottles at only $32 each. If memory serves me correctly we had the Malbec Reserva, from Mendoza, Argentina. I will post once I get the actual name from my dinner pals.

Starter:
Pissaladiere provencale: Traditional Provencale onion tart with a Goat cheese crumble

Main:
Free-range old fashioned duck Confit with a cranberry relish, scalloped potatoes and French beans

Dessert:
Parfait praline with almond brittle
