The Gas Frenzy

I'm dog tired.

After a long day at work, I came home and:
- ate dinner and while eating watched "Supernatural" on tape
- got the mail
- washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen
- cleaned out my parents' car
- paid my bills
- checked email
- picked up and returned books to the public library
- and my personal fave... waited for ONE HOUR in line to gas up my parents' car!

With the rumours of gas prices about to go up again, everyone was thinking the same thing. It was utter chaos at the gas station with everyone trying to fend for themselves. I almost ran out of gas while idling in line. At 102.5 cents per litre, it's not as bad as some areas who have it as high as 169 cents per litre.

Anyway, the tank is now full. I'm just fondly remember the time when just a few years ago gas was a mere 48 cents a litre. Ahhh, the golden time of 2001!
