OMG!

I just saw the world premiere of Margaret Cho's new feature film, Bam Bam and Celeste, at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The film itself was okay. It needs a better edit, and the performances were kinda stilted, but overall it was an amazing time! Just a really fun film. Of course I'm biased because I'm a huge Margaret Cho fan.

She and the entire cast showed up to promote and support the film. I got to see Ms. Margaret Cho up close and personal! On behalf of gay, North American-born, Asian-descended, formerly fat girls everywhere... we love this woman! I even snagged a promo poster with her autograph on it!

Now if only I too can muster up the courage to finally do my stand-up routines in public....
