The Lesbian Way

Okay, so I called the chick I picked up on Saturday, yesterday, and it seems that she doesn't feel that an attraction exists between us.

All that after one night of flirting. Anyway, she still likes me, and wants to continue to hang out. Once I picked up my broken ego off the floor, I said it was okay. I figure a connection is a connection. New friends are always good to have, especially ones in a similar life stage and perspective of life as me.

Anyways, Solitaire and I talked for three hours?!? It was great. So we're going to have dinner next week. I'll keep you posted on whether we really do have a good basis for friendship or not.

Oh and guess what. She knew I was playing games by not calling until Tuesday. She wanted me to call on Sunday. She said, "Come on Reese, we're lesbians. We don't play by hetero rules."

And you know what? She's right. Next time I go with my gut.
